The most terrible stay I have had in last two decades. - Cold water baths in the month of December in Allahabad, because the geyser wouldn’t work. - The commode didn’t even have a basic health faucet. - Bathroom fittings are probably decades old, even the bucket/ mugs belonged to a different era. No point even talking about the shower and it’s capability to do it’s job. - A hole, literally a hole in the bathroom floor to function as a water outlet - Rest of the room was okay, although not maintained well. The day we arrived, I think they were not even expecting us. Gave us whatever leftover room was available. We paid for triple occupancy but what was the point! Extra bed is a mattress on the floor and who can sleep on such dirty floor. Room cleaning only happens if you ask for it. The water kettle was soo dirty that one cannot imagine drinking of water heated in it. Had to ask for it to be cleaned properly. We changed rooms once during the stay, but that didn’t change much for us. The staff though did everything they could to help us. The hotel owner NEEDS to invest some money in refurbishing the place. Untill such time the place should be marked “Book at your own risk”.

Though the hotel is situated in very good localities Civil lines, the services are very poor. You have to wait long for any services required. No response from reception easily. Hot water was not available in Room no 201 and 309. I will not recommend for stay in this hotel

if you are foodie then the hotel is for the non veg Mouth watering foods. rooms are not that luxurious but the place is the most happening place of Allahabad . near to the High court and one of the oldest hotel in the town .

This hotel is a modest hotel situated in a convenient location in the city of Allahabad. However, the courtesy of some of the reception staff is simply not up to the mark. Moreover, the hotel reception cannot accept credit cards and says that the server is slow, but surprisingly, in other shops etc. near the hotel, e.g. Bata showroom, Big Bazar etc. the card is processed quickly. The restaurant of the hotel is also of average quality; however, the quality of the complementary breakfast is good. Pricing is towards the upper band, although, the amenities of the rooms do not simply qualify for the pricing. Anyway, the rooms are clean.

Photos on the website have no relation to the actual hotel. The staff were pretty less there was no water in bathroorm and electricity. Water is chargeable, whatever is mention on the menu card is never there...no toothpaste and sanitary supply...2 thinnest aloo paranthas is in breakfast with a cup of tea..and if u ask again its very much chargeable....if you want to order dinner make ur order between 8 to 9 else you have to sleep without food...
